2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the «Safecircles» web service (hereinafter «Service»). The Service is aimed at organisations and their employees for reflecting on and developing team dynamics. By using the Service, users agree to these GTC.
3. Description of services
The Service includes:
- a scientifically developed and validated questionnaire on psychological safety («Lu-PS»),
- an evaluation based on it («Safecircles analysis»),
- and optionally a paid online workshop.
The questionnaire may be used for reflection or as a diagnostic instrument. The Safecircles analysis provides descriptive evaluations and reflection prompts only. Part of the evaluation includes self- and external perceptions of individual team members. These results are context-dependent and are generated automatically.
4. Use of data for research
By using the Service, users participate in a research project. The data collected are used to gain scientific insights into organisational dynamics, psychological safety, and self- and other-perception in teams. Data may be used in aggregated and anonymised form for further software development and for research purposes. Participation is voluntary and may be ended at any time by discontinuing use.
5. Not a substitute for counselling or therapy
The Service is neither psychological counselling nor therapy. No individual recommendations or interventions are provided. The results provided should be understood as reflecting collective perceptions. They do not represent objective truth or an assessment and are not suitable as a basis for employment-law or medical decisions.
6. Users’ own responsibility
Use of the Service is at users’ own risk. Users are aware that reflecting on team dynamics may reveal or intensify existing tensions. The provider accepts no responsibility for decisions or measures taken on the basis of the results.
7. Paid services
The online workshop is offered for a one-time price of CHF 149.
- Payment is processed via external payment service providers (e.g. Stripe).
- After payment, users receive access to the booked service.
- There is no right to a refund.
Access may be limited in time or content.
8. Rights of use and intellectual property
- The «Lu-PS» questionnaire may be used freely under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 licence.
- The Safecircles analysis and the underlying software are protected by copyright and are the property of the provider.
Use of the Service authorises performance only within the scope booked. Sharing, copying, or commercial use of the Safecircles analysis without the provider’s express consent is not permitted.
9. Availability of the Service
The Service is provided «as is». There is no claim to a specific level of availability or error-free operation. The provider reserves the right to change, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time.

14. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
